Graphics bug :(

I have this weird graphics bug and ive tried lowering settings, updated drivers typed in console flushtexturecache();  but still nothing works :/

your graphics card could have burned out, try replacing it. and getting a better fan.

Well actaully this game worked fine n stuff and other games work really good tho :/
here are my specs
Intel dual core 2.4ghz
2gb ram
Radeon X1300/1550 series

i don't really know wtf and im getting a new videocard and porcessor and new ram at bday and hope it will work

Getting a new computer would be the best thing to do right now.

Well... i play on directx i think, do i need to update openGL?

i play other games only on directx, maybe that might be problem that i dont have latest opengl?

Ok i think problem is fixed... I downloaded latest update, updated addons and restarted pc so yeah...
