Coding A Chatbot

So I am going to code a chatbot, and I was wondering if someone had a list of the commands or coding things for the Torque coding language so I could read from that and make one for myself.  I do not one of the big lengthy chatbot tutorials, because if I know some of the coding language, I can figure it out quicker on my own.
Please try to find a short one, as I do not have very much free time.

Dude - Sooner or later they'll be an outbreak of Chatbots. Make something more unique like a GUI and use NewChatHUD_AddLine("BLA");credits to danny for telling me this.
