I hate the argument posted in the op.
Just because nobody has announced that they have come back in time from the future, which is false to say because the people that have and truly believe that they are from the future are thrown into asylums, doesn't mean that nobody has come back.
People with access to time travel would be smart enough not to try and change time in such a way as creating time travel earlier on.
And people assume that people would want to come to this planet at this time if they had a time machine. We are far far far off from any sort of time travel device, hell most scientists believe it's impossible. There is so much potential for great moments in the history that has yet to come that it is possible that events of the future completely overshadow events of the past/present, making people in the very distant future not give a forget about the events that we would think it cool to travel back to.
The government/scientists are actually making a time machine, so far, it can only go back like 2400's of a millisecond I believe. You'd be surprised what I read.
You can say this is fake if you want, all I know is that they are. I am not saying you have to agree with this.
