"Server shut down - Authentication Failed."

I'm trying to host a server, and right after my loading bar gets past "Loading addons" and "Loading music", it shows a box that says "Trying to connect to local host". After a bit it goes back to the title screen with a box that says "Server shut down - Authentication Failed."
I'm not sure why it's doing this, RTB also keeps getting disconnected because the authentication for my BLID keeps failing.

Connection error with master server or your key is in use from another location.
