Author Topic: Youtube problem: I'm stupid. :| (Read 394 times)

Everytime I try to load a video on youtube it acts like it's loading then says "The shockwave plug in has stopped responding, do you wish to stop it?" How do I fix this? I already tried re-installing shockwave, do I need to restart my computer?

Also if I hit yes chrome either freezes and crashes or closes the youtube tab. Chrome also freezes and crashes if I try to close youtube manually.

...shockwave? youtube is almost totally built on flash...

Tried that already. I also tried youtube with IE same problem.

EDIT: Gonna try a restart.

Are you doing anything else while you wait for it to buffer or something? I often play Mutilate-a-doll on kongregate while i wait for things to buffer but if you mess something up it can cause a lot of lag and crash the shockwave player.

No It wouldn't let me get to the page of the video it would just stop when I clicked a video link. But I restarted it's better now :) Freaked out for nothing sorry about this pointless topic.
