Try Icecast and SAM broadcaster or butt
Try that since virtual DJ to me isnt very good at broadcasting(had lots of lag).

Icecast is the server.
If you use icecast your going to need an encoder. Which is butt and SAM.
SAM has a free trial. Butt is free.
Also if you want i can do it for you over teamviewer

But word of advice.
Do it on windows.
If you use SAM or butt its recommended to use localhost.
