Assuming that the game organises bricks that are attached to eachother in some way, could it be done that admins have the ability to cycle a spy-camera from brick group to brick group, even if it's done some other way this would be helpful for finding spam.

shows top-down  would be easy cause then it would only focus on the uppermost bricks or bricks that are exposed on the top

No, it would probably work as a top-down F11, just without the numbers.  Only dots, or.... blocks.
