Author Topic: The Fried Food Championship - The 'Famished' Games  (Read 618 times)

Okay, so you probably read the title and didn't understand at all by seeing it what this topic would be about.
Not in any way do I blame you for that. I wouldn't be able to figure out what it was about from the title either.

And because of that I will explain. Alright, so somewhere on the internet awhile ago I read about some guy doing this weird stuff with M&M candy's or something, I don't know. Anyway, just recently, has it inspired.
And by "just recently" I mean today while eating dinner. I had all this fried food that I eat every once and awhile because I like to make sure people believe all of those American stereotypes whenever I visit a foreign country.

So here's what it was basically about... He bought a pack of little M&M's like anybody else would.
But then it gets fun. He starts taking them out, and smashed them together, until eventually, they would all break until a big finale where only one would survive. He then did some crazy thing about sending them in the mail back to the factory or something with a note about using it for advanced M&M breeding or something.

So what I did, was put together a program for what I call...

The Famished Games

A name based completely off of the popular book series, "The Hunger Games" naturally.

So basically there's three different classes of foods.

The Chicken
Being made out of tougher stuff consisting of white meat and fried coating, this is the more structurally strong food.

The Fries
Not nearly as strong as The Chicken, but thicker, and more flexible. They eventually break under more powerful forces.

The Squash
Flat and thin, these break the easiest. And yes, I do in fact fry squash into chips.

For obvious reasons I do not make the classes conflict with each other, to avoid biased results.

The three classes fight, until only one remains from each.
After that, I combine it, into the most powerful, master food race of the universe.

Pasta serpents win.
That's going to have to be like the next class or something.

Haha. "The Famished Games" made me chuckle.

I was going to go into my library earlier and ask the person, "Hello, do you have a copy of the Famished games?"
