Replies to all 8 points:
1. Not many people actually calculate the size of their city, however I'd recommend not making the city's borders a box pattern, I hope/think it does not have one anyway, so just saying.
2. 31 32x32 baseplates in x*directions is not endless bliss.
3. The streetlights look weird, also I am not sure how that would help guiding vehicles, mentioning getting to drive a vehicle correctly on a "legal" way on the roads is close to impossible.
4. I'd like to see that.
5. You will get flaming mods or something?
6. Not sure what to say here.
7. I am pretty sure it won't work that way.
8. City RP? Family RP? Adding to the last, perhaps it's nice to have a family composed of a ninja, a space guy and a naked guy and being killed by a random guy... Just saying.
Otherwise, I like how the roads look for now, but I'd rather have more pictures, like the entire layout.
Also, use a website to upload your images, not the integrated forum one, trust me, it's better. Use something like
ImageShack or something similar if you want to post images.

Also, as I said in reply to 1., get more creative with the roads, the current layout looks horrible, also at junctions there shouldn't be any continuous lines.
