How does one make an image like this? Like it changes with the color of the forum.

I think they make it half the color of one psot and half the color of the other post, and alternate pixels so it looks the same

well you could make a 16x16 pixel alternating thing like that in paint.net, then copy and paste it into a larger area.

Aww, when I saw the title I was hoping someone had stuck their richard in a tuna jar again.

It's like, make every other pixel one of the two background colors.
It'll look white when the post is blue, and vice versa.
