Changing the color of the forums

I've been noticing members posting screenshots of the forums with a black background. Lately my eyes have been bleeding from the sheer brightness of the background. How does one change it? I don't see an option on Look and Layout Preferences

the black theme is by kingdaro, but i had trouble with it so i dont know if you want to pick that unless hes updated it

I don't use Chrome, but I think there's a version of Stylish for Chrome.
