This has happened to me before, but not in the entire model :(
I have tried flatshading and exporting many times and it's still like that, don't know why but i think it's the animation that makes it like that.
So could anyone help me?

If you are using milkshape, go to the material options in the export menu and disable "Self Illuminating".
If your using blender, I dont know.

I've heard that you can get this effect if the face is inverted, whatever that means.

When a face is inverted, or reversed, it is backwards and you cannot see out of it. Notice when you are in objects by orbing on or something, you can see outside. Thats what that means.

Nevermind, found it myself. It WAS the animation messing it up.
