Funny story, it's actually originated as a portmanteau of "Fire" and "Icicle" on Club Penguin.

Around 10ish I started playing Cube 2. It was really fun but for multiplayer "cooldude8260" would most likely get me ridiculed and besides, it was getting old/stupid/childish. So I thought and thought for something Cube 2-eey and eventualy I came up with Altered, which I started going by universally until roughly a year ago when I started going by Alteration (hence why my 2010 account is Altered and my 2012 account is Alteration).

back when i first played city of heroes back when i was maybe 4 (i played off of my sister's account most of the time) i had a character named catcarol. when i was allowed to get my own account, i called it carolcat because it was easier to say. that pretty much became my universal name for several years until shortly after i joined the forums.

when i got minecraft, i decided to switch my name to dcb2011 (which is also my deviantart name). when i started my tumblr i decided numbers were lame so i switched to dcb-z.

after a while i decided i would go back to carolcat being my almost universal name, but i think i'm liking carolcat.vsq better.
