From what I remember there is a high ratio of males working in the army in North Korea however their technology is old USSR.

i dont understand why north korea feels the need to advertise every test launch, just to be witnessed if they fail. (they have done this like 4-5 times now)

the US had been test launching similar rockets like monthly, for the last 80 years. im sure 90% of them failed. thats the point of a new rocket design, or one we have never tried. to work out the kinks lol.

once we succeed in designing a one. we dont call a press conference about it lol.
