There are no animations. And obviously this gun won't be released

if anyone could script it for me (since I have no clue how)

Well, various things. First off, to fix the scaling, size down the model in Blender or Milkshape or whatever. To fix the hand issue, move the mountpoint to adjust. If you don't have a mountpoint, follow the tutorial and add one. As far as the colors go, you probably didn't apply materials correctly or something. Honestly, I'm not a modeler so I can't help you with that one.
