Can I have a detailed explanation on how to use it? I read the description of the bot wars but I don't really understand it.

I set 10 bot spawns, 5 red, 5 blue.

I set the bot weapons in the bot GUI.

Did I do something wrong or am I missing something?

did you just make them have weapons?
i've made bot's go rampage and go kill frenzy

/setbotspawns to set your spawns once placed
/botfight when you ddi /setbotspawns
