WTF at Map Textures

This happens to me when I run full screen and Alt-Tab, when I come back it looks like that, If you keep it small screen that should stop if your problem is same as mine.

Op, I can pretty much guarantee that your computer will not fit an 8800GTS, that you lack the proper bus, and that you do not have a powerful enough P.S.

Ok, first of all, I'm not running Vista, I have XP Pro.
Second, it only happens when I run my own map (that I made), and even then its rare. But his has happened to me before. And I'm also going to buy an nVidia 8600GTS soon anyway.

The text is too small on my screen, but even then if probably wouldn't fit, those are some pretty beefy cards.
