Runtime Error when Installing Blockland

should I try if I can use proxy to see if it fixes it then?

I tried hotspot shield and it worked til this error. when I retry it continues until it reaches the same file and the same error reappears

It is finally installed. I continued using the hotspot shield to download the files even if it was giving me the same error in the picture. Now it works, but I hope it doesnt go to runtime error when I turn off the proxy.

Anyway, thanks guys for your help and time, I really appreciate it.
