The general image quality of the face is bad. aliasing and line overlapping plague this face. the lines on the face are extremely jagged and unpleasant on the eyes. The face does not at all meld with any default or quality quota of decal

your first try is not adequate justification for poor quality. If you yourself can recognise flaws or just general problems with something, revise constantly or simply scrap the thing without submitting it for public assessment
