I might do that too. Those maps from [GSF]Ghost are pretty good, in my opinion. I will still use v21 but I'll always have a good game on GSF Paradise. I'm also guessing that's why its being made into bricks.

What in god's name would compel you to think that? If terrain and interiors are outdated now, what the hell would they be in several years? Even more outdated!!!

There is still a large community of people who like terrains and interiors (I really only like terrain) and maybe in a few years, shadows/shaders and terrains/interiors could coincide without error.

if they ever did come back, they wouldn't even be in the same format. if they were to, the devs should make them work better with bricks instead of making bricks work on top of them. it's better to do that than just cut features on a whim

I know that if I try to use blockland with any old data, the launcher would limit its ability.  I was saying that I can keep add-ons, especially maps, and just save them to another file.

All you have to do is find out how the launcher starts Blockland.exe. That's advanced enough to keep idiots out.
