How do i make music for blockland

Ok ive been asking people to make me some songs in Music area but no one will respond(Its called One request)and i want to make a music thing for my zombie server so i just want to know how do i make sounds/music.

Look up audacity on google and then just take a sound file and convert it to ogg vorbis and change it so its not on stereo sound

Ok i downloaded it but how do i get the resident evil music in it

file > open then pick the sound file
edit it, make sure its short and loops then goto edit > preferences and click the file types tab, then look for the slider for the ogg quality, make sure quality is set to 0, keeps file size down. click ok then file > export as .ogg. DONE!
