If you know what garage-band is, you would understand better.

It's this music-making program for the mac users.

wow mixcraft is only a trial :(

There are no programs that combine Garageband's virtual instruments, editing features, range of loops, interface, SFX, and usability for Windows.

There are many good programs for sound editing. I've heard of a few programs where you stick together pre-made loops but they aren't the same.

Mixcraft is the closest I know of.

If you're going for complete studio domination, Ableton Studio is incredible, but like everything powerful, difficult to use.

easy to use, but doesnt have to have beats and etc just multiple layers
