Attempting a zombie roleplay...
I can't tell you what to build or not, and it isn't as if I own the rights to zombie roleplays- but you've got serious competition. You're going to have to work hard to get some good traffic and build a decent community.
My advice is choose different material if you want to set yourself a good roleplay server. A different setting, story even era.
Offer the players something new, something that isn't being done now; and right now the Bluzone seems to dominate the zombie (and in my opinion roleplay) servers.
I just don't think this will get far as a zombie RP.
