not to sound like a cigarette, but i really need to hurry up finishing these models, so i can launch my server. so please tell me if they look good enough, sorry bout posting it here, but i need your opinion so they won't look bad.

Those are actually pretty good considering they're your first. There are a few parts where you can lower the polycount, the eyes on the first model for example, but other than that they're blocko to an extent and look all right.

To be honest they're not very good. The face count on most of the model is far higher than it should be. Use 6-8 sided cylinders when doing body shapes/limbs. Never use spheres on a blockland model with that many faces. I don't know where you got the minifig pieces for this model but it's honestly a bad reference. The effort is fair for your first models. This topic should be in Creativity by the way, and there already is a topic you could post them in - The 3d model topic.

if you guys haven't noticed, the right hand on the blockhead doesn't have the polys showing.
i'm pretty sure that means the feet and left hand are selected.

They are fine.

They can go just fine as models for drawing (AKA printing them out or using layers on a drawing program and drawing over them a more detailed thing for helpfulines in proportions, perspective and whatnot).
