Duplicator Problem

So when I go to duplicate, this happens:


However my friends that join the server can duplicate and place just fine. Seriously, what the hell?

Apologies for double post.

I forgot to mention that: it started doing this randomly in the middle of a game. I had just finished duplicating something and the "limit reached" message was all of a sudden. I've also re-downloaded the duplicator, changed the settings for the duplicator as well.

Max bricks allowed to duplicate(non admin):5000
Max bricks allowed to duplicate(admin):0

Welp. My stupidity has gotten the best of me, I don't remember this being changed but I guess the game finally decided to take these settings: literally.
