Just a quick write up. The rest of the detailed stuff is mentioned in the build. Perhaps you can point out these "holes"?
1. If anyone entered the facility (Depending on the levels of radiation around the site) for more than 10-20 min, they would get radiation poisoning which would kill them within the next few hours/days.
2. The only liquids that are used in the reactor is water for cooling, the nuclear elements used were Uranium, and Boron rods, tipped with lead.
3. The explosion was not incredibly powerful, but powerful enough to blow a hole in the building. As explosions from atomic/hydrogen bombs are much larger. Also, the only real threat from the disaster was the release of the Uranium and Boron into the atmosphere.
Also as a side note: The facility continued to run until 2000, as the three other reactors still continued to function accordingly (with workers taking the appropriate precautions to protect themselves from the radiation).
