I'm not sure AIs really have genders, but from what I know GlaDOS is female and Cleverbot is male.

I interrogated where Cleverbot was, it revealed to me it was in a dark room with no windows and a door to nowhere. Had a computer and a guitar, and a guitar pick on the desk.
