set up openDNS

I use cmd, I type ipconfig /all
Then I see media disconnected and dns ip address are blank. That mean it not open dns yet. I been work on this all night until now and gave up.

Anybody would help me out?

Er, what? You say you "set up OpenDNS" but don't see it in your temporary IP configuration. What exactly have you done, and what are you expecting?
