.dts Exporter with Blender for LINUX

Remember that thing Demein (or something like that, I probably misspelled his name badly) made where you could download a zip and it would come with Blender, Python and .dts exporter all packaged into one?  Is there anything like that for Linux?

I thought the exporter works universally, all you'd need to obtain is the .py scripts for the exporter

But it only works on an older version of Blender, I'm not sure which exact version that is and where I can find it.
