This is a concentration camp, not a jail.
And I don't think these kind of things should be built in BL. Millions of people died in these. Hosting this as a RP is very disrespectful to everyone who died or lost one of their loved ones because of the Holocaust!
I don't know anyone in my family or in my friends families who has experienced this first hand, but I've visited some of the concentration camps in Poland and Germany. And I literally cried. It was so overwhelmingly sad and unreal, you can't even imagine.
Anyways, now that I've expressed my feelings about the subject, now for some thoughts about the actual build:
1) The walls: should be electric fences with barbed wire. There should also be some watchtowers with guards in them to defend the fence. Some camps also had solid walls (in addition), but not as massive ones as the ones you built. Those look more medieval than WW2.
Also: remember the minefields outside of the fences.
2) The train station: is much too fancy. In Auschwitz, there was just an unloading platform, like you would expect to find for cargo trains. Why would you want to keep the jews dry in case of rain?
3) The running track: They did indeed have running tracks in some concentration camps (but not in pure death camps, such as Auschwitz or Sobibor). They were used to kill the runners from fatigue. But they were also used to test german boots, or to see what would happen when the victim was injected with some kind of sickness. You should try to design it more like the one in Sachsenhausen, which had different surfaces for testing. Also get rid of the individual lanes.
Also; your watch tower looks ridiculous. Make it simpler.
4) The huts: (in lack of a better word) are fine. If you want a deathcamp look, you should try to make them even simpler (wooden, without windows)
Random stuff:
5) That thing with the red door, is that the gaschamber? If so, you probably want to remove the big glass windows. The gaschamber should be next to the ovens, for obvious reasons.
6) What is that big hole?
7) What the hell is that deep hole in the last pic?
8) Train should be steam powered, yours looks like a diesel one.
9) What are those red barrels everywhere? Explosives? I'm pretty sure they didn't have explosives lying around.
10) Beds should not be two on top of each other, but 3 or 4.
11) What are those "cages"? I see 3 of them in the overview pic, one in the middle of the running track.
Thank you Leo, I have the same feeling about this. But since this didn't happen to anyone on this game, and most not even in their country, they don't care at all. I hate seeing this stuff on BL, people have no idea what it was like, and the horror that innocent people experienced there.
