some rtb models screwingup

i used the rtb ghost and rtb cat, to try and recreate them, but i failed horribly.
well, at the ghost. anyways, the models show up as blocks instead of the models. any ideas?

The version of the engine and some rendering code has changed. Also, I've seen "DTS v25" and "DTS v24" in some exporters, maybe v7's is the wrong one compared to v2's.

Ok, anyway to fix it?
I cant model at all(not because of no talent, the tutourial to blender is frustrating.)
so if I cant fix this, can anyone make me a cat model? The ghost would be good too but kitty comes first
