Ui name Help

I had been asking for the Ion Launcher Explosion, and then someone replied to me:

Do it yourself.  This is done so people cannot use the explosion for spammy reasons.
If you want it, go under the projectile datablock and add a ui name for it at the end.

How do i do this?

I know...I just dont know if he was talking about going into the file and doing, if it is, where in the file would i find it.
