Smooth Climbing Ladders?

How would I make a smooth-climbing ladder? One that pushes you up smoothly when you touch it instead of those click-push ones?

I'm not being dumb, when I try to get off on the 2nd floor, it keeps pushing me onto the ladder. I'll just stay with addvelocity events :s

you should post pictures of what you mean, i don't understand what you mean by "pushing me onto the ladder"

you must have an abnormal ladder setup.
