I'm guessing it's private since it's now being used in The Bluzone again. Which is odd though, considering the one on RTB is a watered down version of the current RPChat.

Plus, that's an old horrible version of RPChat that Ephi actually deleted haha

The version the server uses cannot be used on other servers- it relies too heavily on a bunch of other mods and I'd just like to keep it unique to the server.
