Author Topic: All servers appear as "???"/"---" and cannot be connected to.  (Read 428 times)

This is really weird and has indeed never happened before. Anyone have ideas as to what I can adjust to get this working?

Attempting to connect to anything results in the "connecting" dialog just staying open forever. Considering this is pretty damn good internet, I don't think it's a legitimately bad ping, but rather something getting in the way.

You're right; it's an issue with your firewall.

Windows Firewall claims to be disabled though, that was the first thing I checked.

Try making an exception for Blockland and the launcher anyway.

No difference. I don't think it's a firewall issue actually, there are sometimes like 2 or so random servers that do have actual pings (Though those actual numbers vary quite a bit).

What happens when you try to connect to a server via IP?

Using 69.64.43.11:30100 (Gravity Cat's server) as a sample, the result is the same as with the master list, it just sits there doing nothing till it times out.

Either parental controls, your router, your isp, or a firewall on your computer is blocking the connection.

1. Make sure in which ever firewall you have you add an exception to Blockland and also the port 28000.

2. Make sure you specified the correct external IP when you were port forwarding.
