I did this in nQuake on highest graphics settings, normally getting 300fps without the recorder, but getting 280fps average with the recorder on the highest difficulty (Nightmare + Well of Wishes). Recorder being Xfire, which explains why the resolution is tiny.

P.S. In case you're wondering why I have plasma grenades, you can edit the explosion and trail type in the graphics settings. The plasma type effect was my favourite one, although it can be glitchy with some monsters.

And I'd probably lose that duel, seeing as I died on the third level on the hardest difficulty, I'm completely stuff. I went on FFA with 10 people in it, I got 35 kills and over 90 deaths, whereas the leader got about 130.

Only if you can be 2 Shamblers while I jump out behind a wall shooting grenades at you.
