Basically you and your team have to coordinate in order to occupy the center platform. The point is to
CAPTURE the point. Multiple hazards will attempt to stop you from doing this (falling bridges, purple death water and pushbrooms..).
Players will be armed with a pushbroom and a sword, and can then on buy weapons from the shop with points they acquire from either capturing the point or killing others.
The shop is stocked with items ready for mass destruction. Once you've racked in enough points, you can go ahead and spend something for a temporary weapon you're probably not going to hold on to for very long.
The shop's inventory concludes of a shotgun, a bow, a gun plus guns akimbo, a rocket launcher, a horseray, a spear, two colored keys, a throwing knife and a ridiculously overpriced wand. These items are only there to aid you in your endeavor to capture the point, and aren't required for much of anything.
You may have been wondering what the keys are for, exactly. They're for creating a colored forcefield around the point to help secure you for six seconds. You can only use the forcefield once every 15 seconds, but it may prove to be useful when capturing the point.
Now these buttons are for making one side's bridge fall. There can be no more than two bridges fallen at once. The point of this is to make sure nobody gets to the point, or just to richard around and piss your team-members off :)
This isn't hosted yet, it's just a preview of sorts. I wanted to see what the general reception of this idea is, and maybe see if anyone wants to host it for me :o
