That is why you join GLaDOS' Knife TDM when it is up, well put togeather and the administrators (including me) are respectful and do not ban people and mute people for doing anything wrong.

you don't even understand the situation
- Broken (the admin in question) paid for the server and is therefore valued as a VIP
- Cat123 would feel guilty deadmining him, as it would be basically robbing someone of their money
- can't find a balance without it seeming morally wrong
saying he's not respectful may be true but it doesn't hold for all admins, so you can stop stuff talking and advertising on drama threads. seriously.
and again people this was more than a week ago and it's basically resolved
