The exterior build has some potential for it, but heres what i think is wrong.
1. its overly ornate. the complex structure of the exterior is very odd and way too complex for my liking. sibas brick walls addon is probably my least favorite addon because of the bright white and how it fails to accomplish a brick feeling. The build could use more of a certain theme, because building without a theme often tends to make the builds weird or badly designed.
2. The study is neat, but it lacks context because of it just being in the middle of a grey baseplate. it could have used some groundwork and background stuff. also, the inside looks asymmetrical and the roof is a bit patchy. it could use an actual roof of something instead of a rounded piece.
3. your furniture needs some major work. I highly suggest using A Random Brickpacks rounds, poles, and also the brickpack that has the small print blocks for making very small objects with detail. the furniture you made came out as very square and undetailed, try incorporating wedges and rounds for handles and such.
What I suggest you do is simplify your exteriorwork, work on color incorporation, and also work on context / background. You need to focus on a singular project that is both unique and attractive, or that incorporated a very neat idea / concept. 1 build with context and overall neatness and modernization is better than 3 disconnected, context-less builds.
You have talent, you just need to work on revisioning it and making the products look more finalized.
edit: as a final vote, we are currently branching away from complete modernism and moving to a more open buiildstyle for things like our current clanbuild, a large frozen lake surrounded by mountains for a vehicle tdm. we are essentially focused on unique creative ideas rather than modern stuff we've all seen over and over
