Which is the correlation between the biblical tale of Abraham and Isaac and Mom and Isaac. God told Abraham (or the Mom) to kill his (or her) son in other to prove their faith. Both almost did it, but God intervened and prevented the son from dying. Ergo, the voice was, indeed, God, or so the mother believed. It could just have been a voice she heard when she was drunk or some stuff I dunno.
