Also, i didn't get this new layout, i think you have to be signed in at a specific time to receive the new layout if they're testing them, because this happens pretty often that Youtube is testing a new layout or some feature they're working on and it somehow gets sent out to the public that are online at the time, so everyone else who is not online when the layout is accidentally sent out keep the old layout
