I can't install Blockland at all anymore

I uninstalled Blockland becuase I wasn't able to see the new GUI settings in the admin menu seciton in V21 (I tried removing RTB). So I uninstalled Blockland and asked it to keep my saves (my saves weren't kept D:.

Now the main problem is when I try downloading and installing it again I get this error,



I look in my documents and there isn't even a folder called Blockland in there, the installer isn't creating it. What gives man? I wanna use the new shaders!

I fixed the error by getting another Blockland Folder from another computer, still though this means that the launcher is not creating the folder.
