It could use improvement (to me, that is).

• The buildings are extremely bland, boxy, and small-looking.
• The street is really really narrow, and I can't tell what you're trying to do with the sidewalk.
• If you're trying to make a lamppost/telephone pole two-in-one, it looks really really weird, seeing as the poles' arms are in the wrong direction(?). They also seem really short.
• The cables on said combos don't look very good. It looks like you're trying to make turns on the cables, which looks really bad.
• The empty lots right next to the buildings currently in place don't do much for the build. You've tried to fill them in with plants and such but I don't see it as doing them much of a favor.

If you keep at it I think it could be pretty cool, but as it is now it's a bit weird. Maybe you should give some more pictures for people to go on?

the one picture you gave us isn't enough to give a full rating. but of what i see it looks like a jumble of ass.

nowadays, power lines are underground in neighborhoods. even if its some weird old neighborhood, there's NO WAY that they're going to be that close to the ground.

the street is also way too small, same with the sidewalk.
