So now that it turns out V21 is working for me, I really want to play it. But I'm at my grandparents house now, so should I go ahead and play? Or will it cause problems?

I heard that if badspots finds out that BL keys are on two different IP's he will deactivate, but that's like if it goes on for a long time

You wont have any issues. I do it a lot.

The issue is when your key is constantly being used from multiple different IPs from like around the world.
