PSA: Use a WIP tag

I'm tired of joining a server to find a big empty place with one or two buildings and nothing happening. If your server is incomplete PLEASE put WIP in the server name. (Work in progress). This seems to be more common now than before. So please remind people if they don't considering the culprits are probably those who never visit here.

OnTopic: If ppl don't have WIP in the title and the build isn't done, they probably just forgot to put it on. I do that sometimes. So just suck it up.

if your build looks unfinished and doesnt have a wip tag that gives me the right to say "6/10, looks unfinished"

I often leave my server with the title "Sir Dooble's Immersion Roleplay Server".
Which usually means I'm hosting a roleplay, but it can often mean I'm building up a roleplay too.

Sometimes I put WIP, or "Building a Roleplay" in the title, but usually I forget to or just don't.
I see my title as less a description of what I'm doing on the server (which admittidely I should), and more as the name of the actual server.
