A lot. You can call the Fire Dept via your squad car, or via radio. When you pull someone over, they give you their name. You go back to your squad car, and enter their name to pull them up. If they have a warrant, I usually call in a back up squad car in case they run.

Gotta love modding gta4, i use lcpdfr, gas mod, indicator mod, and all kinds of mods. Mind sending me the link of that beautiful ford escape you got there?

Also: I use a towing mod. If I arrest someone, they crash, or their BCA is over .08, I can call a tow truck which will attach their car to the truck and take it away.

Gah.. I need to re-install GTA IV on the computer in the living room because;
1. It doesn't work on my laptop
and 2. It seems I was stupid, and ended up putting in a trainer, ELS, and LCPD:FR, making the controls just so forgeted.
Also, LCPD:FR Wasn't really bad, perhaps there were some glitches for me, such as when I walked up to the driver's window after pulling them over, nothing would happen, and also sometimes the radio will never request for a unit to go to a scene sometimes.
