I'm looking towards zack hemsey and instrumentals of other songs, but what would you guys suggest?
preferably orchestrated to some extent and without vocals

you could try some Two Steps From Hell, although not much of their stuff is past 4:00. But if you search that on iTunes you get some other really cool instrumental albums in "Listeners Also Bought".
