How do I get my saves back?

A while ago I uninstalled Blockland and selected yes when it asked me to keep my saves. I look in my documents and there is a file called "Blockland" the file type just says "file". I know now this is where my saves were, how do I get Blockland to read it?

Is that 'A while ago' before v19?

No it was in v21

If it is in another file, copy paste them to your 'saves' file.

I tried, it's not a .bls it's just a "file".
