Yet a few can. My ports and everything are working fine and I know how to use upnp and everything so the problem isn't there. I think badspot needs to have a look at this because it's happening a lot of people.

If you have RTB: Mostley A lot of ppl arent joining bacause you have too many addons that they Dont have If you dont have RTB: Check your internet connection your connection is theirs.

I use default add-ons and maybe a few extra more. Add-ons is certainly not an issue.

Yeah I tried to join your server, I kept joining in very many different ways put it just keeps going *sending punch packet...* Then someone else actually was able to join but I still wasn't able.

Maybe your Internet is too slow? Go to speedtest.net and tell us results

This is the effect if your router is not port-forwarded. Some people can but most of them cannot

My ports are definitely forwarded. I have tools saying that my ports are open. Might it have something to do with me only opening port 28000?

By the way, this is what it says when people try to join my server. I'm currently hosting with a friend who can connect to my server yet this other guy cannot. WHYYYY BADSPOT WHY
