I can't find any sounds in the .zip, how do I change them?

Found 2 things saying "Sound_Beeps" in server.cs, however I'm still a bit confused as how to change them.
(Im editing the boombelt add-on.)

It doesn't have a rtbContent.txt file so most likely the sounds are included in another add-on or are default.

Some add-ons on RTB don't have any relevant files whatsoever to the type of add-on and I think rtbContent.txt is making them not have to.
